- Guest, Rental & Concierge Management – 15% Commission
Todos Santos Villa Rentals will provide complete management of the guest journey including multi-platform listing management, guest communication, booking coordination, payments, check-in, in-stay support, and post-stay follow-up.
- Property Operations & Vendor Management – Monthly Fee 3800 MXN
We manage and oversee all maintenance, cleaning, pool services, landscaping, and specialized trades. All vendor services are billed at cost. Our management fee covers coordination, supervision, quality control, and payment handling.
- Inspections & Security Checks (included in property operations)
Two scheduled inspections per month, including visual security checks, preventive maintenance, observations, early issue detection, and reporting with recommendations
