Villa Gemelas

This 1 acre tropical oasis offers both complete privacy and seclusion. You will find yourself immersed in modern Mexican home and striking tropical scenery! The perimeter of the property is lined with coco palms, lush bougainvillea, and giant blue agaves, offering a beautiful natural boundary and extreme privacy. The property has over 400 plants including palms, cacti, succulents, flowers and fruit trees. Please help yourself with the delicious fruit (grapefruit, orange, avocado, pomegranate, fig, nectarine, papaya, banana, mango, passion fruit, star fruit, guanabana, guava, coconuts, dates and lime). This tucked away gem is not too far from all the fun and entertainment. It’s a 8-minute walk to a pristine white sand beach, there are several great restaurants in the neighborhood, and its a 10-min drive to cerritos or a 15-min drive to the town Todos Santos.

About the house:
The main house is fully air conditioned and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, which can accommodate 4 people. The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed and the second bedroom downstairs can be configured with a king or two single beds. A huge sectional reclining sofa is ready for viewing English satellite TV, or Netflix. WiFi is available throughout the property.

On the other side of the pool is a Palapa casita with a king bed and single bed (if required), or we can configure it with three singles. The casita also has a full kitchen and newly renovated bathroom. Perfect for two, but it could accommodate an additional person if desired. This casita offers air conditioning, TV with Netflix, and WiFi. The two new Casitas each have a king bed and futon couch, a kitchenette/wet bar, work station and private bathroom. Air conditioning, a TV and WiFi are also included.

Guests will have full and private access to the house, guest casitas (according to the number of guests booking), pool, grounds and gardens. No other guests will be renting, even if you don’t book all the casitas.

For groups of less then 10 people, not all of the units will be made available. Example: 6/7 people, access to main house and one casita. 8/9people, main house and two casitas. 10-13 people have full access to all units. So if you require or would like more access, increase the number of guests to get accurate pricing.

Note: Pool cleaners will come twice per week for approximately 20-30 minutes. Our gardener will be on site for one day per week.
