Air-conditioning is available in every room, though Baja breezes flowing through the 12-foot sliding glass doors often keep the home naturally cool.

A standout feature is the arched brick dining room, adding architectural character and a perfect setting for long, relaxed meals.

The pool is positioned on the east side of the home, offering privacy and shade from the afternoon sun—ideal for cooling off or relaxing with a drink. (Pool is not heated.)

Downstairs, the guest bedroom features a king-size bed and ample closet space, with a nearby bathroom offering excellent water pressure. A small, tucked-away office provides a quiet place to work or read.

Upstairs, a bright morning room opens to both east- and west-facing patios, allowing guests to enjoy sunrise or sunset without passing through the primary bedroom. From here, the rooftop deck is easily accessed for panoramic views, stargazing, or evening cocktails.

Guest Access

Guests have access to the entire home except for the owner’s closet in the primary bedroom, storage under the stairway, and the outdoor bodega. The water pump house may be used for storage if needed.

Not recommended for young children: the pool is not gated, and upstairs railings are under 3 feet tall.

Kitchen note: Only the oven broiler is currently functioning (stovetop works).
