This brand new swanky and luxurious estate has 4 suites each with a private bath and patio plus an optional deluxe furnished apartment. Great for group events, weddings, retreats. Custom heated salt infinity pool, Air, 3 TV’s w/ Roku, free wifi, deluxe outdoor kitchen fully stocked, large yoga multipurpose room, private patios, a fenced wall around entire property, gated entrance & security cameras. 1 mile to Cerritos beach with peekaboo views.
Bedrooms:
*Bedroom 1- this is suite 1 Baja Bliss. It has a queen size bed and sleeps 2.

*Bedroom 2 -this is suite 2 Baja Gold. It has a queen size bed, dining space, a tv, and sleeps 2.

*Bedrooms 3 and 4 – this is the Deluxe Baja Bunkhouse. It is one suite that has two bedrooms, a living area with television and a kitchenette. This Suite has two bunks, a single bed and a sofa couch that sleeps 2 and is very comfortable.

*Bedroom 5 – this is Suite 5 Baja Palapa and has two double beds and a lounge area and sleeps 4.

Property sleeps a total of 15 people within these 5 bedrooms.

*Optional Bedroom 6 – This is the Deluxe Bonus Apartment with a double bed, a single day bed with a pull out single bed. It has a full sized kitchen , dining area, bar, living area, private balcony and private bath. With this additional apartment the property can sleep up to 19 guests.

Each suite has its own mini fridge, coffee bar, private patio or balcony and a private bath.

There are 4 dining areas on the property, a multipurpose/yoga room, a full deluxe open air kitchen and a custom, heated infinity pool.

Pure Baja is is a private rental for large groups. It is available with 4 private suites or with the four private suites and the deluxe bonus apartment. Price per night with added apartment is $870. Discounts available for stays longer than 7 nights, please inquire.
