Welcome to this beautiful, spacious modern home in Cerritos! This is a modern 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with a Jacuzzi on a 0.9-acre property. Just a short 5-min drive or 10 min walk to one of the most beautiful swimming beaches in Baja Sur!

This property is a perfect spot for enjoying the desert plant life, wide open spaces, unbelievable star filled night skies, and awesome sunsets and sunrises. This space is your getaway home away from home! Welcome to Baja, kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space.

The villa is on a 0.9-acre complex that houses 2 homes, one is a 2 story Villa and the other one is a 1 story contemporary house. It is possible to rent out the entire property including both homes for more space and privacy. Both homes are separated by the pool and a large 2 story socializing area that provides great privacy. The socializing area has a gas grill and a charcoal BBQ pit ready for you to cook your favorite foods! The 2nd floor is great for watching sunsets and chilling out in the swing chairs!

You will have brand new kitchen appliances to use including a refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee machine and blender. There is a private parking area for your car and the Villa is fully fenced with a secure entrance.

The pool is 25ft (7.5 mt) long and 14ft (4mt+) wide and 4ft (1.2mt) deep throughout, the pool is well lit at night if you want to take an evening swim.

Starlink high-speed internet is accessible with ethernet and WIFI connections, access points have been installed in each room and living area so that you can move around without losing signal, great for those working at home!

The villa is in the Playa Cerritos neighborhood and is at a 5 min drive to the best surf spot in Baja! I don’t suggest you walk to where surfing is practiced especially if you are carrying a surfboard (1 mile away approx.) If you are just looking for the beach, it’s only a 10 min walk. There are plenty of places where you can rent chairs and umbrellas, they are typically located near the surf spot area, they will charge a fee for all day rental (typically till 6pm but could be earlier in winter).

The villa is a wonderful place to get away to, its modern style merges with the environment and offers breathtaking views and the relax feeling of the great Baja California Sur!

In the house guests have access to two private bedrooms and bathrooms as well as a full kitchen, living room and a front porch that is great for having breakfast, snacks, or dinner.

The 2-deck social area (the Commune) is well equipped with a BQ, gas stove, and is shared with the the two story villa guests.

There is also a private pool that guests can use and is also shared with the 2 story Villa guests. The pool is not heated, and temperatures can get chilly from December to May (55F- high 60’sF).

There are 2 fire pits, which can be used by our guests. The main house has its own (big circle behind rare earth wall) and the other one is in the 2nd floor of the commune (shared) , this 2nd can be used but please exercise caution.

You are practically in a 1 acre of fenced land with a lot of space for you to enjoy, including a view of the ocean!

Cerritos, Pescadero and adjacent areas are still very small towns, as such, infrastructure is still developing, dirt roads are common to travel from one place to another and ATM’s are scarce, so plan ahead.

The villa is on the only paved road in Cerritos, all other roads leading to restaurants and beach are dirt/gravel roads
