Casablanca Beachfront – Grand South Villa

The beautiful beachfront villa of Casablanca is a 15,000 luxury compound located beachfront on Pescadero Beach. There are 4 rental units avilable at Casablanca; two sizable Villas and two Casitas , each with a different pricing. They can be reserved separately or jointly, depending on space. This listing refers to the 1800 square foot Grand South Villa. There is a large infinity pool on the property, access to the beach, and a 1000 square foot Tiki Bar. From December through June, the grand infinity pool is heated. Each Villa has its own private parking space and entry. This is an adult-only establishment and two adults can stay in each villa or casita.

The top floor of the compound’s south side building is entirely devoted to the Grand South Villa. Of all the Villas, this one has the largest outside seating and entertainment area. The master bedroom is in the upstairs loft and has a king bed, a sitting space, ceiling fans, and a 20-foot window with lovely ocean views from your bed. The master bathroom includes a dressing table, granite countertops, his and hers sinks, and a two-person walk-in shower. Large chef’s kitchen with walk-in pantry, gas fireplace, and grand island with six bar stools. There are plenty of spices and cooking oils in the pantry. The living room has 30 foot ceilings, a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV with a 70″ screen, and an entertainment cabinet containing books, games, cards, and other items. The 1000 sq ft terrace offers dining booth, outdoor kitchen and prep area, fire pit with blue lava rocks, gas BBQ. Large L shape lounging cough and cocktail table. Private 2 car garage.
