The beautiful beachfront villa of Casablanca is a 15,000 luxury compound located beachfront on Pescadero Beach. There are 4 rental units avilable at Casablanca; two sizable Villas and two Casitas , each with a different pricing. They can be reserved separately or jointly, depending on space. This listing refers to the 1800 square foot Grand East Villa. There is a large infinity pool on the property, access to the beach, and a 1000 square foot Tiki Bar. Each Villa has its own private parking space and entry. This is an adult-only establishment and two adults can stay in each villa or casita.

From December through June, the grand infinity pool is heated.

The entire top floor of Grand East Villa offers expansive views of the ocean and the beach and is exquisitely decorated. The master bedroom features a King bed, two nightstands, a sitting space with a vanity, and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom features a walk-in shower, a walk-in closet, and a safe.
This apartment has a huge chef’s kitchen with all LG equipment, a water filtration system, an island, and six bar stools. There are lots of spices and cooking oils in the pantry. The living area, which is open to the kitchen, has a 70″ flat-screen TV, two recliner sofas, a coffee table, end tables, and a large entertainment center containing books, games, puzzles, binoculars, and other items.
