Stunning King Bed Casita with serene views of the sierras in a large, mature, private jungle a short walk from the beach. The house opens fully to an expansive patio with dappled shade and a fire pit fit for acoustic serenades under a blanket of stars. The dramatic shower overlooks the cactus garden with Bougainvillea hanging down from above. The large kitchen has space for simultaneous ceviche & margarita preparation. Fast Wifi enables video calls for remote work!

Beautiful new construction home on 1.3 acres located on a very quiet dead-end street 300 meters from the beach as the crow flies and approximately 500 meters walking. This is a super quiet and peaceful neighborhood that is truly magical from dusk til dawn. Typical sounds at night are a cacophony of waves crashing, palm fronds rustling and geckos chirping. The sense of privacy and isolation is impressive for being so close to the beach.

The beach side of Pescadero is a maze of compacted sand roads. While you can easily walk to the beach, a car is recommended for adventuring further afield. The amazing “Coyote” restaurant is a very short 5-minute walk away. “Hierbabuena” and “Pura Playa” are 15 minute walks. All three of these are must dos. Rancho Pescadero, reopening Summer 2022, has several restaurants and is a 10-minute walk. The magic town of Todos Santos is a 10-15 minute drive North. The epic Las Palmas Beach is also a 10 minute drive North. Cerritos Beach is a 10-minute drive South. There is more than ample free parking on site.

The Wifi is generally very good. It is contracted at 20 Mbp but usually performs in the mid to high teens. The router is inside the house so the signal is strongest in the bedroom and on the terrace.

Water is filtered for sediment before entering the house cistern but is not recommended for drinking unless you have a well tested stomach. We provide a 5 gallon bottle of purified water for drinking water.

There is a brand new front loading washing machine in the mechanical room. It is available for your use. Laundry is hung in the Baja sun to dry. There are also affordable laundry services in Pescadero and in Todos Santos if you prefer to send your unmentionables out.

The property is very lush and private with mature palm trees, olive trees, passion fruit vines, countless palo de arco and tons of purple, red, pink and white bougainvilleas. It’s Baja, so it feels more rogue than manicured, by design.
