Casa Cumpleanos

Villa Cumpleanos is an incredibly designed modern home located just a few meters walk from a secluded beach. This home is located along the Cerritos beach stretch, far enough from the main area to be pristine and secluded, but close enough to simply walk along the beach to the restaurants and surf schools. The home has panoramic views of this beautiful part of Baja with vast ocean views to the front and significant mountain views to the back. Wake up with the sunrise over the Sierra Lagunas and end with sunset over the Pacific ocean. The home has a modern design, allowing the beautiful Baja light to filter throughout the villa. You will spend much of your time mesmerized by the ocean views in the open plan kitchen / living room that opens up to a deck and plunge pool. Additionally on rooftop you will find a rooftop bar and grill perfect for sunset cocktails as well as a cushioned seating/yoga area to enjoy the views.
The space:
The home has four bedrooms, a large open layout kitchen and living area as well as a large garage that we have converted into a game room with ping pong table. The garage doors open up to a horseshoe pit and corn hole area. Each bedroom has a separate entrance and private bathroom making it ideal for groups.

The rooftop deck is the perfect place to gather for the sunset. It has plenty of seating and the bar and grill area makes it hard to leave – this is the perfect location to see the Baja sunset. The roof also provides space for yoga and is a great place for a siesta in the beautiful and relaxing hammock garden situated on the mountain side of the rooftop.
Bedroom & Bathroom
Room 1: The Master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king sized bed, it’s own large bathroom, giant closet and a deck that looks out to the ocean.

Bedroom 2: Just off the living area on the second floor, this bedroom has a queen sized bed, private bath and a small Juliet balcony that looks south with views of the ocean.

Bedroom 3: This second floor bedroom has a queen sized bed, private bathroom and shower and a small Juliet balcony that overlooks the mountains. Additionally, the room includes a kitchenette.

Bedroom 4: On the first floor, this was originally planned as a caretaker residence, it has a queen bed and bathroom and shower.

There is no TV, washer dryer and we ask that you do not use hair dryers.

Guests have exclusive private access to the entire villa.

This is not meant to be an extreme party house (modest sunset/dinner parties are of course accepted!). Please inform us if you are going to have more than 10 people in the house.
